"They are, however, prone to errors!"

I would stop there. I'm not a KJV only reader but the first time I read this verse (Zechariah 13:6) in The Message Bible (MSG) version, may the Holy Spirit cover me, I could no longer touch that bible version.

Zechariah 13:6

Here's what KJV (Zech. 13:6) states:

"And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends."

Here's what The Living Bible says (Zech. 13:6):

“And if someone asks, ‘Then what are these scars on your chest and your back?’ he will say, ‘I got into a brawl at the home of a friend!’

I got into a brawl?

What does The Message Bible say? (Zech. 13:6)

"And if someone says, ‘And so where did you get that black eye?’ they’ll say, ‘I ran into a door at a friend’s house.’"

I got a black eye? I ran into a door?

This is referring to our Lord Jesus Christ!
