Luke 24:30 As He sat at supper with them, He took the bread, blessed it and broke it, and gave it to them. 31 Then their eyes were opened, and they recognized Him. And He vanished out of their sight.

That's the first Lord's Supper after His resurrection which He prophesied during the Last Supper before His crucifixion. His resurrection ushered in the kingdom of God, the New Creation. That first Lord's supper with His disciples in Emmaus is the sign that God's kingdom has began.

Luke 22:15 And He said to them, “I have earnestly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. 16 For I tell you, I will never eat it again until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.”
