He calls it energy, the Bible refers to it as soul. One source, one destiny, God. But there are two realms where the soul will end up after we physically die: a place of comfort, or a place of torment (Luke 16:22-31). "As it is appointed for men to die once, but after this comes the judgment" (Hebrews 9:27).

After death, There will come a time when all will be resurrected: Some will be resurrected for eternal damnation and some to eternal life (John 5:29).

Then the final destiny where God prepares two places: One, eternal abode with God (John 14:23; Matthew 25:44); and another, eternal fire with the Devil and his angels (Matthew 25:41) where they will experience the eternal wrath of God. Whether there's heaven or hell, we'll find out for sure.

Do not fear those who kill the body but are not able to kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matthew 10:28)
